Service Description

Christian Counsel and Coaching is God-centered coaching from someone who gets your belief system. It is a confidential, safe, and welcoming place to let your guard down, share honestly, be heard and seen, share thoughts, and get prayer. You can work through feelings, painful memories, low self-esteem/self-hate, broken relationships, toxic family members, hopelessness, sadness, feeling lost, lacking healthy connections, and lacking direction....all under the umbrella of how that stifles your joy level, your relationship with God, and the health of your spirit. We use prayer counseling, conversational prayer, Immanuel moments, and journaling to tune in for direction from the Creator.
