Service Description
Life Coaching at Open Door is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can slow down, be fully seen, and finally catch your breath. This is your place to reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and intention. Together, we’ll work through the things that feel heavy or confusing—fear, stress, self-doubt, low self-esteem, grief, major life transitions, or that lingering sense of being stuck. Coaching helps you understand what’s driving your thoughts and emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. This is not about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about strengthening your mindset, building emotional resilience, improving relationships, and learning how to respond to life with clarity instead of overwhelm. One-on-one coaching is your time. A space to reflect, reset, and grow into the person you’re becoming—with support, honesty, and purpose guiding the way. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy To ensure that every client receives the time and attention they deserve, pre-payment is required for all scheduled appointments. This helps reserve your dedicated session time and reduce the number of no-shows or last-minute cancellations that can disrupt the schedule. Please note that pre-payments are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or if you do not show up for your scheduled time. Life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please reach out by text or phone call only—emails are not accepted for scheduling, as they often go to spam and may not be seen in time. You must contact me at least 24 hours in advance to move your appointment without losing your pre-payment. If notice is given after that window, or if you miss your appointment entirely, your payment will not be transferred or credited to a future date. This policy helps maintain fairness for all clients and ensures that available appointment times are respected and used wisely. When appointments are canceled last minute, it’s difficult to fill the spot with another client who may have been waiting for an opening. If you happen to no-show more than once or cancel more than twice, please understand that your right to book future appointments may be revoked. This policy is in place to protect the flow and consistency of care for all clients while maintaining mutual respect for time and commitment. Thank you for understanding that this approach helps keep the schedule running smoothly, ensures availability for others, and allows me to provide the best possible service for every client who books an appointment.
