Service Description

Coaching helps you overcome thinking restrictions to open yourself up to new possibilities! You can learn practical life skills to navigate, manage, and even overcome your fear, anxious feelings, stress, low self-esteem, low mood, loss, grief, transitions, self-doubt, inability to prioritize, and more. Become self-aware, emotional/mental strength building, improve relationships, get clarity, discover your destiny, work on setting and achieving goals, and identify and overcome life's obstacles.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, contact me at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not, any prepaid money will not be refunded. If you are a no-show more than once OR you cancel more than twice, your right to book may be revoked.
